Recruitment For DL1/Helpdesk/Asst. Engineer

 Good Communication (verbal & written)- The candidate/resource should be able to understand the problem narrated by user in English and should be able to respond appropriately.

 Ability to coordinate with end users, internal teams & vendor teams on open tickets for faulty parts RMA.

Knowledge on life cycle of Incident & Service request management.

 Proper & timely problem/issue interpretation, ticket update with proper closure comments.

 Any BPO environment practical exposure is desirable

Experience : 1 -2 year

Salary : 14,000 / month
